Factories, contact centers and logistics hubs run around the clock, so a staff appreciation day there needs several service windows. We schedule a separate delivery for each shift instead of holding one batch of food for eight hours, because food quality drops long before food safety does.
A typical plan for a plant in Itagüí or the Guayabal industrial zone has three windows: 11:30 a.m. for the morning shift, 6:00 p.m. for the afternoon shift and a hot meal at 2:00 a.m. for the night crew. Each delivery arrives in insulated Cambro carriers, with hot food above 60 °C and salads below 5 °C.
Where workers cannot leave the line, we pack individual hot lunch boxes with a printed label showing the dish, the shift and the allergens. For ongoing daily meals rather than a one-day celebration, see our worksite catering service.
